Jab ek river, jisme normally baarish ke time 25ft paani ka level hota hai, vaha par jab 37ft paani ho jaye toh yoh isme government kuch kar nahi sakti hai. Lekin Ajwa dam khol ke saara paani chhod dena, ye government ki galti thi.
