Basically what I'm tryna say, the free powers are good, you just don't like them. Also, I have bought the Power Bundle and bought many Character Slots and have a character for every power, I like Ice and Celestial the most.

Fire is the best free power in my opinion cuz it's basically a jack-of-all-trades power, decent damage, good survivability, some CC, and can heal itself better than most healers heal it (depends on artifacts). Nature is not the best but if you know what your doing and how to build properly no one is gonna die anytime soon, but it can potentially burn power fast so its only as good as the trolls on the team. Ice is good only for DPS, but as a tank it leaves too much to be desired, without a good healer, ice is as good as dead as a tank Sorcery doesn't heal as much as it needs to, I've seen sorcery players with nearly maxed artifacts and high level healer gear and still can't heal more than 2k HP at a time. Only thing keeping Sorcery from being a dead power is how many heals it can stack I've never seen a single person use Gadgets in all the time I've played DC, because of that I don't know much about it, but I imagine the only explanation for that is either it's too boring or it's trash Mental is good if you plan to only ever be a troll. Got great CC, gives absurd amounts of power, and has a shield that helps a lot in a tough situation, but is absolute garbage as a DPS. Exact opposite of Quantum, which absolutely shreds as a DPS but is probably the worst troll

You are getting powers and weapons confused. You cannot keep switching powers but you can keep switching weapons if you want. The way to keep switching weapons is to make sure you have skill points in both of those weapons and to make sure you have both of those weapons in your inventory.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
