    Beal has developed his game so much since his rookie season for being known as just a shooter. Shifty, great footwork, good passer, sneaky hops, clutch and handles. When hes healthy hes top 3 sg in the league.

    He's such an important part of this team. He's their only playmaker who reliably attacks the paint and makes plays. Without him, you have two iso guys in Booker and Durant who are great but are somewhat redundant in the midrange. Suns can do a lot this postseason as long as they stay healthy and get good play from their roleplayers.

    Beal... Do some toe touches pike push ups... Touch the knees... Do some quick high knee tuck jumps... Do some tractor pull drags side to side... To bungee... To do bike workout or stationary bike with flywheel... 10 min to start... Quick burst every 3 mins for warm ups... to go hard for 1 min straight at 7 mins... light at 8 mins... hard and 9 mins... cool down... To 15 min workouts... Burst warm ups every 3 mins... Hard at 10 mins... Light at 11 mins... Hard at 12 mins... Light at 13 mins... Cool down at 14 mins... Get 3 miles... Or 4.82 km... Use chopsticks... Stand over food straight to pick up... Dip... Do some beer batter custard nuggets add flour and muffin mix... Brown sugar... Peanut butter... Get a deep fryer... Add coffee... A good one... Good for calories... Do more calories a day...
