    Very good! I had spinal L4-5 surgery and I am back at the gym for rehab- the last one for lower back is one I’ll definitely add. Take care!

    Can you give a at home version of the 3rd exercise (the hyper extension )or suggest something we can use to improvise ?

      I don’t know what you have. You have to just mimic what I do at home.

    This is awesome!! Been a Physical Therapist for almost 20 years and that last exercise is pure gold.
