Thank you so much!...you explained very well, and because of this video I figured out how to solve my problem about punching a hole in my notebook projects... thanks again 😊
This is more helpful than the we r memory keepers tutorial. I can tell you know everything about the two cinches. You have greatly helped me thank you! I saved this in my journal playlist. I have owned the full size cinch machine for a few years. I feel confident because of you I can use it. I got some binding coils in the mail last week.
Watermelon! Wonderful tutorial. I appreciated your comparison and it confirmed my decision to go with the Cinch instead of the mini Cinch. Looking forward to watching future videos!
Watermelon. Thanks for a great video. I have both the mini and the full-sized Cinch, but haven't done many books yet. I am planning on making a book to keep track of birthdays and anniversaries as a reminder to send cards. It will have a generic calendar, one page per month with the days as a list, and a page with pockets for preaddressed envelopes. As an envelope is removed a new one is put in the pocket. At least that's the plan!
Loved this. I wonder if anyone else has an issue with the crimping at the end. I follow the directions exactly but never get even results. I didn't know I was a perfectionist until I started crafting, but it drives me bonkers that the wires are never perfectly circular; it's hard to describe but I tend to get more of an ovoid shape ven though I follow the guide exactly and adjust for the wire size; does anyone else have this issue and tips?
@jamiemueller1881 I know what you mean. I think it might be the quality wires. Try buying wires from a different supplier or try a different brand and see if that fixes the problem :)
@bmrs.g7108 Glad you found it helpful! I get my combs from a local supplier in South Africa. Did you watch my Suppliers video? For classic size (most notebooks), I would go with 5/8 inch (or 16mm), which is also the size that the Mini cinch can do.
@dianapretorius4604 It's such a pleasure! Unfortunately, the mini cinch is made to bind only 5/8 inch. This is why I later switched to the bigger Cinch. I wanted to be able to bind thicker books.
Thank you! Just the video I have been looking for. When I try and go to the link for the free stationary business supply check list it doesn’t work. Any other way I can get it?
@@JMThingsthank you! I signed up for it! Your videos are so helpful. I was able to make my own planner inserts from your videos and now this will help me with how to bind them 🥰
No no you dont have to do that for diffent size pages. You push ya guide all the way to right punch then you pull page at edge. There is no need to move that guide when you first punxh ya pages. Only move it if ya cover is bigger then your pages
Watermelon. Thank you for sharing! Easy, concise instruction! I have the large Cinch and I love it!
You're such a pro with these things. Anyone who wants to do bookbinding will be able to follow this easy steps. Good editing!

Thanks for this informative tutorial. Where do you get your combs?
can i replace transparent self adhesives or clear vinyl stickers or cold laminating sheets to the pvc cover?
Watermelon! Is there a maximum number of pages that can be bound using the big cinch machine when using 24 pound or 28 pound paper?
Thanks for this informative tutorial. Where do you get your combs? I’d like to make classic planner size notebook. What size of comb do you recommend?
