G'day everyone 😀This video has gotten a fair bit of negative feedback regarding authenticity 😂, It Most definitely was Staged !! Of course I put the coat, fishing gear, cup and boots there !! Everything else found was genuinely rubbish or finds, It was all just a bit of fun 👍Im doing a 60 day day diet where we only eat what I catch, grow and trade and thought this video was a great way of living the diet on a video, At absolutely no point was I attempting to portray that this was a genuine survival situation, please just enjoy it for what it is 🔥🐟🍻😀👍
Imagine being one of the morons who didn’t realise that. How do they function without falling on their head while walking in a straight line on the road
Many years ago I rode my 15' Dehavallind offshore down the face of a cyclonic ground swell nose first into the sand bank at the mouth of the Narooma bar. The boat landed on top of me and my mate exited over the crash bar. I had my jacket on and it took a bit to get out from under the boat. The boat floated upside down into bar beach where we got it right side up and lofty the local police officer winched it up the beach with the police Toyota. Not a fun episode. I dived the bar the next day and got nearly all of our fishing gear back. ron
Happy Australia Day Chris, you're the only person I know who could put on weight while trying to survive. I really thought you would find a spoon somewhere. Another great video. Thanks Chris.
that thing you do Chris... foraging and introducing the eatable plants is very important... as a survivalist recently [5 yrs] moved from another continent, I find it most important... I know all there is to know about European flora, [and thankfully some of them are here too...] but nothing about the local... plz give us more of that...
@UKSkateboarding did you honestly think that this was a UA-cam video of someone genuinely shipwrecked 😂 of course I put the jacket, cup, fishing gear and boots there 🤦♂️ it’s just a bit of fun mate 🍻
I don't think I've ever see you do a "survival" type trip. Or one with so much minimalism. This had to be a big change from what you normally do. Still looked like another fantastic trip. :)
Well done Chris, Australia has a huge coastline which is a playground for many water sport enthusiasts, you have practically demonstrated how one could survive whilst waiting for the rescue team to arrive.
Mate that was such a great video. I think it really displayed how little we actually need to survive and how blessed we are with natural resources in Australia. You are an absolute gun outdoorsman and the content you create is inspiring.... Cheers big fella.
Funnily enough taking my niece and nephew tomorrow to your "deserted beach" 😂 Will also hit the lake at the end. I was wondering when you would use native spinach considering it grows so profusely on the south coast.
Chris, that was a fun watch mate, especially loved you catching the boot 😂😂😂 and I love your ‘leave only footprints’ ethic!!! Nicely done and loving the longer format 👍👍👍
What an awesome vid Chris. Loved the informative survival bushcraft style theme. Mad respect to you mate, I can't even imagine the effort and time it must've taken you to set this up. Thanks for the vid, cheers legend🤙
Coming across the ditch today into Victoria myself for 3wks great vid. Had my realtime surviving on Stewart Island NZ twp nights out 50 yrs ago cold & wet but had shot a deer used its skin for blanket and had a packet of Minties.
Hey Chris, happy Australia Day mate , thx for another awesome video , hoping your new years going great , looking forward to sharing your adventures in 2024 👍🦘🎣🐡🐟
How lucky that your cameras survived the shipwreck and you were able to take us along for the ride… 😂 another cracking vid mate, glad that freshwater creek wasn’t as dry as the jokes are.

I love that you committed to the bit... and stuck with it through thick and tin... especially with the funny continuity errors (for example socks no socks at the beach intro).
Sorry about your shipwreck. Glad you were able to find some things! Food looks plentiful! The water is so gorgeous out there! Now I know you can't be safe in trees that big gila monster can climb thanks for the video!🙂✌️👍🙏👋
You survived without a spoon!! :) I've meant to ask before; why does the sand down there squeak when you walk on it? The sound isn't as bad as nails on a chalkboard but it's a close second. Thanks!
Hello Mr Chris. Yes. All games are good. For children or adults too. What skill might be useful? You never know... Thanks for this movie. This is another Oscar nominee.😎

I love that he's shipwrecked with a knife, source of fire, cup, pillow and fishing gear etc. It was touch and go there for a minute, entertaining though

Chris!!! I will never worry about you starving to Death❤ But it sure worried me about you being bear foot with those giant Ants running around😮 till you pulled in the Best Catch EVER!!!!!!😂😂😂YOU ROCK!!! CAN'T WAIT TILL THE NEXT ADVENTURE ❤❤❤
