Je to sice už hodně let, ale nedá mi to 😁 If memory serves me correctly, when using an external generator, the used frequency from the generator must be set in the 2015 menu so that it knows what frequency it is measuring, because otherwise it shows nonsense, when using an internal generator, we set the AUTO mode and the 2015 should adjust itself. @@IMSAIGuy Thanks for the clarification, I have one more question in this connection, if I switch the inverting signal to PULSE mode, the amplitude cannot be changed (it is still 0 / 5V), the only variable is the frequency, in SINUS mode the amplitude changes normally - is this a property or does it have my 2015 error.
You might prefer to avoid using both thd measurement and signal generator at the same time on the keithley.. Since they both share the same clock.. Measurements might not be that accurate.

the 2015 automatically measures the frequency and does an FFT.
