I just finished the tru tv series, and thereby the official entire run of tcgs, and though deeply I love every iteration of the show, i have to say that nothing beats the grit and realism of the public access series. I loved the polished feel of the network series', but I wish the world had room for something like the freestyle vibe and free expression that the public access run brought. I wish so much I could have been aware of this show while it was still running. I would have hyped it to the point of maybe alienating myself a little. I still get weird on people about it.
One of my prevailing memories of TCGS is Random Manesha turning up at the end of this episode like some healing ray of light to guide them out of the darkness. I suspect she'd have been the best Random of them all, but spontaneous combustion can be a bitch!

Same!
I like how it went from "we're not as freaked out the second time around" to the entire panel in an aggressive screaming penguin huddle.
forget Hitchcock, here's a terrifying descent into psychological terror!
I love how everyone turns to each other when they get scared, especially when Chris freaks out and Shannon becomes his hero ❤️💪🏻😭
Great band, classic Ratliff, and Chris almost murdered Mimi. This is ideal TCGS.
top 5 musical guest so far for sure
But like.....I need the reaction video of Them watching this episode back! hahaha.
Blindfold Episode Two Colon Paranormal Fun
also I love the "Murf vs. Gimghoul" song
Calstead's couch song woke my girlfriend from a deep, deep slumber.

"Those are the two functions of the show... for stoners and manic depressives."
bet the first one would be more fun ;_;
love running into my own comment on the rewatch
That new Random is questionable at best
