    Hi, I am getting "Auhorization Required" message when clicking the chat button. Can you tell me how to fix it?

    I followed all the steps correctly but live agent is showing offline in the community

    I lost this when i found out there is no Snap-ins on our Setup. Has it been removed? or am i missing something?

      instead of snap-ins search like embedded service deployments

    Hi, how can i disable and skip "End chat?" section and automatically get close chat button after clicking the end chat button or (x)

    FYI : Instead of Live Agent, it's now Chat Settings--> Enable Chat
