@@davidforce5617 😓 I'm sorry, I know the prices have gone up, changing the affordability for some folks. I would have the same issue if I were to try to upgrade locally right now
Grew up in EB back in the early 60's till the early 80's. It was a great place to grow up back then. Smith's farm for apples and cider in the fall, peaches in the summer. Farmers market on Ryders Lane for fresh produce and sweet Jersey corn! Sleigh riding at Tamarack during the winter and swimming at Dallenbachs and going too the County Fair during the summers. It was great, best childhood ever. Of course it was a lot less expensive to live there then. I left the state for my job in the late 80's and it was the best move I ever made and would never go back. The taxes are rediculous and the Government is corrupt AF....
