Same happened with us At 916 16 ST NE CALGARY THEY EVEN SAID That we broke the tiles in the washroom which we didn’t even broke. We took like two days to clean that whole basement and we had to leave the basement cause they never use the heating system. They told that using the heating system more will burn the house, and they also even same complaint about us like we were trespassing at the property when we went back to ask rent from them. And our amount was $1800.
