Hi Chakits! I think this house is perfect for a large family. A lot of square footage for the price and 5 bedrooms. I would give it a good deep cleaning. As far as repairs they don't seem major to me. A lot of the fixing up could even be done over time.

There’s a reason why this thing is probably so cheap well technically it’s not cheap. It’s overpriced but 175 and today’s market sounds like cheap but this house needs a lot of work. I would guesstimate roughly about 100 grand.

It also gets hot as hell there, in the afternoon, because the sun sets right behind the mountains there. Every day, from 3pm - 7 pm we would have to cut on the A/C..

Mountain's Edge… I use to live right over there. They have teenagers over there that will jump over the wall and steal ish out of your backyard. A lot of home break ins over there.
