The fund should be in your account. The letter is not a statement of account. Even if you are presenting a letter of scholarship, you should have proof that the money is in your account for that study, especially if your company is not based on LUX. So I will suggest you show evidence of funds in your account.

That is exactly what was stated on the ministry website, and I could not have said it any other way. Please email the ministry for clarifications on that. Unfortunately, plain paper is plain paper. There is no other way I can interpret it. You need to post your documents/applications to the Immigration Directorate Luxembourg. If your ATS is approved, then you will take the letter and other required documents to either the Belgium embassy or the Netherlands ( whichever one Luxembourg authority uses in your country) for your visa D. Luxembourg does work with these countries' embassies for some of their consular services where they don't have their own embassies. NOTE. I AM NOT AN IMMIGRATION AGENT. I doubt that this would frustrate them and thus I am thinking of showing my mothers bank account. I have thought that I would transfer all the money from my bank account to hers. The University of Luxembourg stated that during application for admission you don't need to add insurance certificate if you are not in Luxembourg that you can get that on arrival. However during your temporary authorisation to stay application you have to add evidence of travel or health insurance according to the list of documents required for that. I have listed what you need based on my research so don't mix up the information you have accessed. These things are in steps so becareful how you follow these steps. Firstly, having a first master's has nothing to do with your temporary authorisation to stay application; what the immigration department will require from you is proof that you have been admitted by the University of Luxembourg and not a list of your prior qualifications.
