Is this really a running mix? I just finished walking 2.5 miles at 3.5 mph on my treadmill, in a bit under 45 minutes. Perfect beat for me, but isn't that slow for runners?
@WorkoutMusicSource Ah, yes. Now, I remember 20 years ago when I ran with my Ipod. My rhythmic breathing set my pace, and the music just sort of soothed me and carried my mind away. I wasn't synchronizing my running with the beat of the songs. I recently started exercising again in my 60s. I'm only walking, and I'm not really pushing hard enough to require rhythmic breathing quite YET, so I like to synchronize my pace with the music. I just read an extensive study that stated: The beat that most walkers synchronized with naturally was 120 BPM. The maximum beat of natural synchronization for walkers was 130 BPM. Beyond this beat speed, most walkers were not synchronized with the music and below 120 BPM, they also weren't synchronized.
@@WorkoutMusicSource I listen to other channels that have hour long mixes without commercials...so I think there is control. You are getting paid to run commercials.

Some runners prefer slower paced, they don't always want a beat that is as fast as they are running :)
