I was personally bummed to see grands be such a blow out when we know if Sparg0 hadn’t sd’d there it would have been an amazing grand finals between him and Leo or Leo and Kurama. Plus that SD kind of invalidates Acola’s 2nd place finish in a lot of people’s minds which sucks for him too. Just generally could’ve been way sicker. Wish someone took out Acola earlier considering he had so many last hit situations he barely won. Good on him though.

Like that second upsmash in the second stock put Acola in the lead, and as he rushed to even it out he got combo (with just wood) to oblivion and anviled at the end. Still ggs to Acola it was definitely his win, but I have confidence Spargo will learn from this mistake and comeback to Swt even stronger since he is good at learning from his mistakes like from all the times he lost to Leo till he finally won at Smash Summit 4.

Everyone seems to forget that acola is still one of the few people who have the potential to beat spargo. Not only that but this is the only set between them where you see the legend of game 5 acola.
Honestly it could have gone either way. The momentum was really going back and forth this set. If that sd didn't happen we might have had one of the closest game 5s yet.
All i'm saying is if smash 4 bayo didn't get banned where there was an average of 4 of them every top 8, then we don't need to ban steve when there's an average of like 1.6 of them every top 8, there's literally a higher average of rob players than steve players in top 8
