The aerial shots at the beginning, and the photo at 0:29, were taken while Kilauea was still erupting before it finally stopped in summer 2018, and there's a noticeable amount of vog present in the air. It was amazing when that finally went away after over 30 years.
These are very plush apartment units, but what you wouldn't know from this video is that the building fronts onto 6-7 lanes of extremely busy traffic on Ala Moana Boulevard.
2 years too late - but You got that right... Location, location, location is not a dream come true when it's that loud...
How much is 1or2 bedroom unit and maintenance fees
When you tenants and owners look outside the lanai towards the beach, there will be homeless tenants living on the grass, please don't kick them out. Live HUMBLE, even though you have all the money in the world.
