i think i figured out why we always almost whipe. fuelly mcfuellerson is busy playing euro truck simulator while traveling space cause he is facinated by how they transported fuel back then.
Good fights…brutal also 😮. A small tip, just because something is small doesn’t make it pd, the dual light mg for instance is kinetic damage (anti shield). Explosive is anti armor, and most pad is frag iirc. Energy is kinda jack of all trades. Thanks for the awesome starsector vids, much love
Usually invasions of a faction's capital isn't a cause for concern. Both vanilla and modded capitals have safeguards (Read: Massive Bloody Ground Defenses) that prevent being knocked out of a campaign too early (with the exception of Luddic Church if you go only vanilla, those guys are total pushovers.) If anything, it's the perfect opportunity to go full goblin mode and salvage anything and everything you can get your hands on in the preceding battles, from experimental frigates up to capital class battlecruisers. Beware Cruor's vulnerability, though. No station or developed defense forces means there's always something trying and succeeding in taking it from Sindria (though I might have caused that since... well... the Grand Fuel Fleet in my save only had a Phaeton left after I was done with it.)
The sindrian phaeton is essentially a regular phaeton but with more guns or basically a better version of the pirate's phaeton. Also you forgot to check if the Prometheus PH from the deserter could have been salvaged.
now that UAF release an update (and not save compatible??) will you re do the carrier challenge or just skip to sector conquest using any mean necessary.
There is a pirate colony in your home system with an enormous demand for supplies and fuel. ..and syndra produces those in large quantities. Aren't you using this market for roleplay reasons?
"can you stop being so grouped up.." um.. sir.. you told them to do heavy escorts... so.. ya.. grouped up.. lol On a good note, voted for you to do what you want and do the upgrade (likely put up after you did this one) so looking forward to your next play!! lol
That first fight was INTENSE.
Yup, pretty much intense from begin with.

Advance turret gyros, interesting picks, well, good luck on the next gameplay videos
I was having some issues with slow bloody turrets hahaha. :D Thankyou!

Fun fact: In pursuit fights, you can deploy frigates (and maybe destroyers?) to the sides by clicking multiple times.
You can with Frigs yeah! I forget all the time though n_n
From what I can see, stabilized shields or hardened shields is a must in these ships.

Info is in the community Post! :D

Idk, it feels super.. cheesy. Maybe I should just do it and get on with it but just selling huge amounts of fuel in system seems, easy mode hahaha
@@TimoRedbeard well.. it IS an easy mode. I'd use it as a last resort - it's efficient, but does not fit in your playthrough
I claim no jinx for the war that happened in this episode, I plead not guilty Mr. President!
MHMMMMMMM ;)
He was gaping so hard that he didn’t salvage ANY of those initial massive battles. 😅

Hahahaha, Listen. They need to not do what I tell them except when they should do what I tell them okay?
@@TimoRedbeard Ah, the parent paradox!
You should have named her "FmcF 2nd Bottle Of".
I see you don't like using missiles very much. I assure you, their nova potential is worth the lack of staying power.
Shhh (tri tack has augmented reality sun glasses.. and way cleaner fuel... but you have been blinded by the ads of your own faction) lol
Pfffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffffft
Please ignore this dissident, they are clearly trying to scam you.
