Sydney Kenney no it's a civil matter so really the police should have given them a telling off and let them be on their way. UK police have ways of changing ways to arrest people so if it's trespass they would try burglary as they have in past with ally
Mark Betts you can arrest someone on suspicion of burglary. They wouldnt be able to charge him with it though. Theres a difference between being arrested and charged. To charge him they would have to prove there is intent to steal or thief. Otherwise its just trespass. But....they could charge him with being a public nuisance, which is a minor offence or vagrancy, which is also an offence. Ally already has a court case for being a public nuisance. The first case was for burglary but he got off that one because they couldnt prove intent to steal or thief. Public nuisance they can have him for which is probably a 6 month suspended sentence.

Many times I been exploring and GoPro is still running even when I have been arrested for being in enclosed premisses (shouting civil trespass im an urban explorer won’t help you just for future reference) go pro on one occasion was still running on the way to north Kent police station in the back of the police car. The woman cop had no power of arrest. 'Being in enclosed premises' is not an offence - see Vagrancy Act 1824, no unlawful purpose.
E Williams you can still arrest on suspicion of even just suspicion of breach of the peace
Andrew Paul, the officers reason for arrest was "being in an enclosed premises" - unlawful arrest, hence why they didn't seize anything as it would implicate them selves. Ally's lawyer would have a field day with that footage.
Of course you can arrest. It’s up to Ally to prove he’s not there for any unlawful purpose.

I don't think you understand the meaning of the word "ironic". It would be coincidental, not ironic. Depending on the actions of the officer (Whether there was a scuffle, chase or any physical movement), it is entirely possible that the camera either fell off of the vest and was damaged, or the footage did become corrupt. Remember, technology is never perfect and often times, things do become corrupt with little to no assistance from the user.

Emergency exits only need to be accessible from the inside. If doing so leads to a person's deaths in most countries the penalties are severe. In Australia, you will be going to jail for manslaughter even if the person was there illegally.

At jump giants I found a good overnight spot! Basically you go to the lockers by the long trampoline and move the bin and there is a door/gate and it is held shut by a bin. Just love the bin and open the door/gate and go behind the trampolines.

It's completely probable. Numerous countries still experience torture in one way or another, and prisoners of war have been known to experience this as well. Hell, it even happens in some prisons in some countries.

One or two? Are you insane? Do some research into this using both the Iraq and Afghanistan wars. Not to mention the world wars, as well. If we take both of those examples into play, the numbers EXCEED what even the most extreme supporter of torture would say is acceptable. I wasn't saying that Ally would be necessarily tortured, I was merely explaining that it is completely possible to be tortured alive.

It's actually proven that even prisons in the United States used to torture their inmates. (Look it up. It was even made into an experiment) And yes, they're "traditional" prisons. It's likely that most have been shut down, but it is still possible that some still exist.
