Back in the early days, I was always a little worried about I.N.'s dance ability. He always had an awkwardness that my dance trained eyes couldn't shake, then something happened to him back around 'Back Door.' I remember thinking it at the time, it's like a switch flipped inside of him and he started to develop a real presence on stage and a confidence in his abilities. Ever since then, and especially in recent years, often my eyes will be drawn to him. This step and performance is like a jewel in his crown as an artist as far as I'm concerned. I also love how 'understated' and subtle this choreography is, and how beautifully crafted it is to support his beautiful vocals. Good on you I.N. Love this performance and song so much. I hope we get it on the next SKZ album and I'm looking forward to seeing this and all the other solos in Melbourne in a few months.
thanks for the analysis! i've only been a stay for a year so i've been focusing on the group's recent releases so when i go and check their previous performances and releases (like music videos) from 4/5/6 years ago, i can definitely see the improvement within the group as a whole. As for jeongin, i have been waiting for someone to talk about his dancing and even though i'm not a dancer, i understand what you mean about the awkwardness because it was something i also noticed and comparing it to now, i definitely see the improvement especially with his stage presence and facial expressions. i've seen many people say that his dancing is similar to lee know's so i wouldn't be surprised if he got help from him
This is the start of something incredible, and we are so proud of Innie! This song shows how sexy and sensual his voice and visuals can be! Yes, he can be an angelic with trot vocals and cute dimples but wow he's capable of so much more, and this is proof! He has a great duality. I still remember he said he wanted to do a sexy concept since 2022. Now he has done it very well. Thanks I.N for working so hard to show us the parts of us you unlocked!
