Thanks so much Julie, I bought this one specifically for the studio because it has a good filtration system with a high rated HEPA filter to filter out fine particles. Thanks for watching and appreciate your comment. :)
Great video Peter. A really good way to keep on top of your glass and scraps. Some of it is absolutely beautiful! You can come and help me sort my glass out anytime you want 😜.
It depends what I am doing, When I am grouting or using Apoxie Sculpt I will use the Ansell Chem 3 green gloves because they are comfortable and stronger so I use them multiple times before throwing them out. They are in my USA Amazon store, link is in the description box of this video if you're interested and if you are in Australia they are available from Bunnings. If I am handling glass sheets or glass then I will use gloves made for handling glass. For general usage I will just use my Cylcone gloves. Thanks for watching and commenting. :)
Jeeze! You know how to make a woman feel sloppy and disorganised, don’t you? :-) Your suggestion to cut and sort as you go, rather than have a mountain of different coloured discarded shards to sort and store is an excellent one. I’m not sure I will remember to think of it on my next project but hope to do that rather than just dive in and spend more time than necessary to clean up at the end. I must say though, sometimes I actually enjoy getting a drink in the evening and taking it to my. “Studio” (my double garage) and listening to an absorbing audiobook while my hands are busy sorting! If I sit to make flowers to sticky tape ready for another day, I’d be interested to know what kind of sticky tape you use? Something that keeps tess together but comes off when you want it to (unlike mine, I see!) Yet another great video Pedro!
LOL Thanks so much Wendy. Not always the case but I have become more organised since starting the large outdoor gazing ball and using so many different colours. Just cutting into each of the containers with their respective coloured tess in just saves so much time, and your work area is always tidy during and at the end of each day. I still veg out (Im very good at that!) while cutting, you just get used to swapping the containers around before starting a new colour. The tape I used isn't a tape, I have created a video on it ua-cam.com/video/hzWmqWZHGOc/v-deo.html there is also specific mosaic tape but it is very expensive, I believe Merlin Mosaica does have an alternative in stock. Thanks for the comment and also for watching the video, as far as being sloppy and disorganised I wont even tell you about my house. lol
I missed one of YOUR videos? Now that surprises me. I thought Id watched them all! Making a cuppa before sitting down to that one. Yes I guess I have to get into better habits - you wouldnt guess how many nasty ones I have. Now, steady on - I was referring to things like sucking grout of my interstices because I'm too impatient to wait a few minutes - but there's more - so many more sundry mosaic sins. @@TreasuryRoad
No it’s a laminating film although some people do use contact paper. There are also specific mosaic films that people use but they can be expensive, l have made a video on what l use ua-cam.com/video/hzWmqWZHGOc/v-deo.html Thanks for watching. 😊
Great tips Peter. I like the idea of the vacuum for the clean up of those hard to see small slivers of glass. Thank you.

LOL Thankyou so much Bel, you have some stunning glass in your studio. Appreciate the comment and thanks for watching. :)
Thanks for the great video.
Thankyou very much Judy and appreciate the comment. 😊
Being organized saves time! Great tips; I especially liked the leaves sheets idea stacked on cardboard. Quite a space saver idea.
Thanks so much Tonya, I have found that the work area just stays tidy all day everyday. Appreciate your comment. :)
Köszönjük szépen az útmutatást!
Nagyon köszönöm, ezt értékelem, és köszönöm a megjegyzést
I really love the flower boxes I bought some of that shelving paper from Amazon, can’t wait to try it out! Thanks for all your tips ❤
Thankyou so much, they are just takeaway food containers, I hope you like the shelving paper. Thanks for watching and for your comment. :)
Great tips! Which gloves do you prefer?

@@WendyMansell-jz1vm lol how terrible you missed one of my videos. 🤣 Be careful with that grout the sand can is very gritty. 🤣
Are you using contact paper to preassemble the flowers?
