Well said! I agree. Astrologers who do not have strong Pluto or Scorpio energies in their charts will for sure have this sense of all of us with this energy as "dark" by default. But I feel they can't help it because understanding this energy has to be felt from inside the psyche to me truly known!
It's also that appearance wise. We appear dark and mysterious and intriguing to others (more so if you have it in Scorpio/Scorpio Rising). It has no basis on who we truely are, it's just how we're percieved by other who don't have it in the first.
I didn't say darkness was negative, however it is a lower vibrating energy. I happen to be a pluto 1st house Scorpio rising, which is suppose to be the boogy man of the rising placements. However, I'm finding that all of the darkness around me from childhood up into now has turned me into a crucible of light in the world. Darkness ain't going anywhere, but I don't make it my default because I recognize the responsibility of this placement. Yes very accurate, I have Pluto in the 1st in my Asc house in Scorpio so yes sometimes I do paranoid and avoid certain people as I can feel how they are by feeling their energy. And yes I do also change very much my whole persona very often while keeping certain aspects of myself including my values.

I got Libra Asc/Plu in 1st house, so I’m initially friendly and empathic, but I got no patience for people who wallow in self-pity, but shy away from the kind of pain that’s, well, Plutonian. F.e., I was in group therapy, once, for a few weeks. And I was like: “Ok, I encountered bullying in several different schools and jobs, so how come those bullies identify me as a victim?” And another woman in that group was like: “So, you’re saying that it was MY FAULT that I was bullied?!” Well, yes and no. I do not like piercings but on my earlobe, no tattoos and like classic, well put together styles also sexy but not raunchy - So It is apparent that the interpretation of dark, intense, tattoos, etc that most subscribe to Pluto/ 1st is not for all Pluto first house. And I always smiling. I'm super observant of my environment and do come across powerfully but I don't walk around with an attitude- although I can "give attitude" if I choose.

Woooow, it all makes sense now. All of my charts the last 5 years were showing my ascendant as Scorpion. So I always felt like, “yeah that makes sense!” However, re-did my chart w my proper time and got Libra ascendant but Pluto in 1st house and doing research on this. My life has been all about car crashes and beautiful growth. I’ve been told I am intimidating and have had very serious relationships w mainly scorpions. My last one was EXTREMELY abusive so I went back to my Sag, who has a Scorpio ascendant, so it makes sense. My Taurus sun and Libra rising makes me cat nip to these Scorpios but now I understand why they’re my cat nip. I love power & that sharp shooter energy. I like stuff straight and I definitely have the power to attract like no other (could also be my leo moon). Something you mentioned though is that in my 20’s I didn’t understand how to alchemize my darkness, I just used it to push and kill everything in my sight to get to my goals. It wasn’t until I realized that so much of my strength comes from within and not feeling like a negative nancy at all times that I started truly feeling better and honestly more powerful. That's the only part I didn't agree with, although I have no tattoos and stuff. Pluto has a strong desire for self-expression in the 1st House. We gravitate towards darker styles, tattoos, etc because it's a lot of ours' natural taste. I like dark smokey eyes for example. And a lot of black clothing. Not to look a certain way, but I genuinely think it looks the best. Kris Jenner has Pluto on the ASC and she dresses so nice to me, usually black, fitted, matte make up, fierce shades, etc.

I am a Scorpio rising with Pluto in my first house... I agree with pretty much everything... I do have tattoos and a lot of ear piercings/ septum piercing, but I must disagree about why I have them. I simply have them because I find that they allow me to express my individuality even more so and that they add to my physical beauty (I have roses, butterflies, moths, quotes, snake tattoos) because they are very feminine tattoos... So I definitely do not give off a paranoid vibe about everything, I give off a don’t f*** with me vibe lol, which I suppose would also give the same effect as the paranoid vibe would. Those are the only two things that were off for me personally... I did very much enjoy the video though, and everything else was spot on.

I have it in the 1st in Scorpio Conjunct the Ascendant (not strongly so but it is there), sextile strongly to the Sun, and Square to the MC/10th House. interesting... i haven't had any meaningful relationships ever, but if i did, it would be relationship of equals, relationship based on friendship and deep mutual respect... a friend of mine (my first 'relationship'), told me many years later, that i'm too intense and that people have difficulties dealing with it. I am always trying to grow and improve and often give off the impression that I'm judgemental of others, even though I'm really just looking to excise certain qualities from myself. I have been addicted to self improvement for most of my adult life, whether that's due to my placements or experience, and often at the cost of relationships. I know no other way to be and, though I continue to grow and transform, the feeling of actual progress is beyond elusive. My whole life people who get close start to think of me as some kind of super-enlightened mystical being, only to be severely disappointed in learning that I'm only human after all, flawed and imperfect as anyone. Being a Virgo sun doesn't help with the perfectionism, it only exacerbates things, and to cap it all off my moon is in Aries, so when I perceive a greater than average threat I don't run away so much as try to anihilate it. My worry is that the more I come to understand about myself the more it causes that cycle to repeat in that new people are always attracted to my light, and then equally repulsed by my shadow. I'll continue to have faith that everything happens for a reason, that I'm becoming the person I need to be. I just have a hard time with the seemingly infinite amount of isolation that apparently I have manifested upon myself. I don't need someone perfect, perfect is unattainable, but where is that someone who will appreciate the work I've done to minimize my shadow side, and perhaps even teach me how to merge to two into one??? pluto in the 1st house and scorpio rising, when I was a teenager, I was almost the target of bullying my classmates, I was very scared and felt I had to run away but at the same time I also said I had to fight them so they couldn't do the same thing to me again . because I've been hurt or beaten by my parents since the age of five I feel like I can withstand their blows because I don't know how to fight. but I was surprised that what happened was the opposite, my hand suddenly quickly hit back at the person who hit me first, I seemed to lose control and realized when a teacher pulled my shirt and took us to the counseling room. I do not like piercings but on my earlobe, no tattoos and like classic, well put together styles also sexy but not raunchy - So It is apparent that the interpretation of dark, intense, tattoos, etc that most subscribe to Pluto/ 1st is not for all Pluto first house. And I always smiling. I'm super observant of my environment and do come across powerfully but I don't walk around with an attitude- although I can "give attitude" if I choose.

ehh, i personally don’t think Lilith is that serious. in my opinion, we overanalyze small asteroids because we depend on them to put more meaning into our lives. we have a habit of theorizing way too much and projecting our own desires so we feel like we have power and control. tbh i wouldn’t put much focus on Lilith or read into it so much. we should instead learn more about mars and pluto since they cover similar themes. and they’re actual planets.

Woooow, it all makes sense now. All of my charts the last 5 years were showing my ascendant as Scorpion. So I always felt like, “yeah that makes sense!” However, re-did my chart w my proper time and got Libra ascendant but Pluto in 1st house and doing research on this. My life has been all about car crashes and beautiful growth. I’ve been told I am intimidating and have had very serious relationships w mainly scorpions. My last one was EXTREMELY abusive so I went back to my Sag, who has a Scorpio ascendant, so it makes sense. My Taurus sun and Libra rising makes me cat nip to these Scorpios but now I understand why they’re my cat nip. I love power & that sharp shooter energy. I like stuff straight and I definitely have the power to attract like no other (could also be my leo moon). Something you mentioned though is that in my 20’s I didn’t understand how to alchemize my darkness, I just used it to push and kill everything in my sight to get to my goals. It wasn’t until I realized that so much of my strength comes from within and not feeling like a negative nancy at all times that I started truly feeling better and honestly more powerful. Really excited to continue on this path. I can really push like no ones business. Not sure if it’s all that stubborn energy I have or it’s that pluto in the 1st making me crave power and status..ughh...it’s such a painful burden sometimes though, i’m 31 now I feel like I gotta go to the king and take his head at all times, everything in me goes to “attack” mode at all times. I like it but the hyper sensitivity makes life exhausting sometimes and only my dark cave or the shadowy blanket will do.

That's the only part I didn't agree with, although I have no tattoos and stuff. Pluto has a strong desire for self-expression in the 1st House. We gravitate towards darker styles, tattoos, etc because it's a lot of ours' natural taste. I like dark smokey eyes for example. And a lot of black clothing. Not to look a certain way, but I genuinely think it looks the best. Kris Jenner has Pluto on the ASC and she dresses so nice to me, usually black, fitted, matte make up, fierce shades, etc.

I have a similar placement. I use the Placidus placement putting it in my 1st house. I feel it's more accurate to me. I'm Libra rising at 23 degrees with Pluto in Scorpio in the 1st house. I definitely can feel both energies. I feel like I relate more to Pluto in the 1st than the 2nd house.

I got Libra Asc conjunct Pluto in Libra, and Pluto is also in major aspect to all of my personal planets. So I’m quite comfortable with its effect by now, even though it took my quite a while to accept that part of me - like, people in authority, like parents, teachers and employers, can’t always handle that intensity… or even a LOOK. :P
Anyway, I found that I approach life in phases. The kid, the teen, the apprentice, the student etc. Same about relationships.
It’s that whole transformation- thing of Pluto, that makes me see any job or relationship as a means to grow.
I am a Scorpio rising with Pluto in my first house... I agree with pretty much everything... I do have tattoos and a lot of ear piercings/ septum piercing, but I must disagree about why I have them. I simply have them because I find that they allow me to express my individuality even more so and that they add to my physical beauty (I have roses, butterflies, moths, quotes, snake tattoos) because they are very feminine tattoos... I’ve never needed to project my strength, which leads to the second thing I disagree with... People have always told me (once they would finally talk to me lol), that they found me beautiful and interesting from a distant, and so they always wanted to talk to me, but that I intimidated them so they kept their distant. I always am told that I have a piercing gaze or that I “give looks that could kill”, that I look like I can see right through a person, and that I look like I don’t put up with anyone’s bull****... but once people talk to me, they are always like, “you are so much nicer than I thought you would be”, lol which always makes me laugh because I don’t see what they see... So I definitely do not give off a paranoid vibe about everything, I give off a don’t f*** with me vibe lol, which I suppose would also give the same effect as the paranoid vibe would. Those are the only two things that were off for me personally... I did very much enjoy the video though, and everything else was spot on.
