I would be main decking Nibiru in one of these handtrap slots. Just because Etoile also allows you to dodge your own Nibiru during your opponent's turn.
Etoile IS so Broken for a counter Nibiru. They always wait to use it at the end or when they see that there is already a lot of fusion in place and Etoile is usually the second fusion after Bacha and it comes quickly. Just yesterday I used the Nibiru counter with Etoile and the enemy gave up immediately when he saw that it didn't work xD

como veterano jugador melodiosa el nuevo soporte esta Genial!!! cubre lo que le hacia falta al deck, power draw, spam fusion, y mas capacidad para defenderte, aun no se si jugar barrera de la luz para evitar a los kaijus
tras mucho tiempo finalmente el deck melodius ha tenido su momento de brillar hay que decirlo konami esta vez se lucio con dos arqueotipo que le urgia desde hace mucho tiempo soporte es que no es sorpresa de nadie que el deck volcanic y el deck melodius era la opciones deck queria con urgencia soporte eso si siempre existira la tipica gente que te venga a decir lo contrario que lo melodius no sera meta que te quiera presumir en cara y literalmente burlarse de lo gusto de otro yo personalmente no recomiendo que haga eso si te gusta arqueotipo hazlo independientemente que sea competitivo o no si no lo es vuelvelo tu competitivo pero en fin n.n esto lo quiero decir como mencion ojala que se venga soporte windwitch de rin para tener toda la chica de arc V con deck arreglado y tambien seria interesante ver soporte cyber angel

I will stand by Aria is one of the strongest monsters printed for an archetype. It’s so good that I’d even argue it’s better than Circular. The only thing holding it back was its own archetype and Kaijus/Nibiru and somewhat Zeus

It’s a one card combo starter for the rest of the deck yes, but alone it’s only a Foolish and a lvl4 that locks your battle phase. Aria is not only a wall by herself but also has no restrictions to her effect and a lot decks can’t out her alone
@@mokeymale8350that’s not how that works. Circular gets itself onto the field and starts your engine ALL BY ITSELF. So it does a lot of things by itself. Aria legit is terrible because you can’t target your own things nor can it enable itself it actively needs outside help to do anything. Circular quite literally is the reason mathmech is a good deck. They are not anywhere in the same ballpark as aria is absolutely terrible in comparision.

Are you using Fortissimo for that juicy 800 attack? Or maybe Tamtam for that huge 500 burn? Canon to change them to defense? I’m actually a bit curious. Also I think it comes down to the comparison of a starter versus an end board card. Like comparing Robina with Empen. Robina is the searcher that starts the whole deck and you end on Empen. You don’t end on Robina like you don’t end on Circular. You end on Empen like you end on Aria. It’s literally subjective on what’s more powerful anyway, I’d just say the end cards like Aria and Empen are more powerful that starters like Circular and Robina

Bloom Harmonist (link 2 monster) has an effect: "If a "Melodious" monster this card points to attacks, your opponent cannot activate cards or effects until the end of the Damage Step.". Mirrorjade when it leaves the field in battle would trigger still in the Damage Step but it can't due to the above effect.
Casual Tier? Absolutely no way you're putting Melodious in the same tier as Pure Gate Guardian which bricks 70% of games, Pure Flame Swordsman which scoops if their normal summon effect gets negated, or Gold Sarc of Light which is barely even a coherent stategy. This should be in either Rogue or Unknown Tier.
@ExordiodelDuelista so what you're saying is that Melodious is worse than Crystal Beast and pre-AGOV Burgers? Yeah no. I'ts not meta, but saying it's anywhere near as bad as brick house decks, decks that fold to a single disruption, and decks that are completely incoherent is a massive reach. The deck is consistent, can play through disruptions aside from DBarrier, and has a coherent strategy.
@arthurfleck4320 You're comparing different formats. Stats and scores always change, so Pre-Agov burgers should has a way lower score today if I had to make a video of the deck with today's standars. For example, a deck like Drytron full power wouldn't has a high score right now because now we have more answers for the deck like Bystials so it's not even possible to compare those score. Calling low rogue would be more precise for Melodious I think because for a deck like Fire King would be much difficult to break an established Melodious board imo . This format Melodious should have a better score but not necessarily way higher than the showed in the video. Also, I think you're misinterpreting the Tier?. A deck with that Tier not necessarily means that a deck with that tier has potential relevance. Sometimes I just put it to save time because as you may notice there's a lot of elements in the video.
@ExordiodelDuelista rogue makes sense. Fun/Casual does not make sense since that should be reserved for decks that consistently brick, decks that lose to a single disruption, and decks that don't have a coherent strategy and/or win condition.

Yeah, maybe very very low rogue tier. Even with that, the deck will not be relevant in the meta.
