Thanks for sharing your experience with sanfoin. Honestly,I was surprised if it would have been a success given the nature of the plant. While it makes good sense to raise it ,it may not work for your environment. It seems that you are doing quite well without it. You have an excellent system going for you,it may not include sanfoin. Thanks for your wonderful videos!
It looked like your nuc needed moving into a brood box. Couldn’t you do a full reseed add some other herbs and sanfoin making it a herbal ley for SFI.
Sainfoin and most herbal lays are very tricky to establish. My full reseeds are looking great but even now grazing when wet hurts them
A big learning curve. Over seeding is very hit and miss depends on some moisture but not too much. Slugs love it and too good growing conditions see the original grass swamp the new stuff.
So when are we seeing the new Kuhn Triples? 😊

They're shutting roads all over the country and no work is going on half the time. I've been at traffic lights that had been set up then just taken down a couple of days later, no work carried out at all. It's a joke and just being bloody awkward, plus the cost I bet is exorbitant and the corruption with it.
