It does not get any clearer and logical. Thank you for taking the time to make the video. Much appreciated.
finally...a video that doesn't tell me to check my cigarette lighter fuse
Thank you for an easy to understand and informative video. This has been immensely helpful
damn good video. i had a gm car once that some kid had put pennies in the radio, when it moved and hit that data line it killed all. damn wished i knew this 15 years ago, keep up the great work men
Great video on a topic few still understand or are capable of diagnosing .
thank u every time i have u codes i watch this video
Excellent video great explanation thank you for sharing ❤️
I agree Robert, partly because there is very little detail available... thanks DOD Truly appreciate
EXCELLENT. Great.
So the splice pack has that cover that connects all the modules. When I remove that should all modules still have a signal?
Man this video is a blessing!!!! Now I jus have to save up for a oscilloscope lol
Save a lot for the pico.
I bought a $100 one from Amazon and its just good enough to see a good pattern and a bad pattern. It won't zoom in or has any other option.
what would be a good scope to use in the automotive industry ?
Hi , I have a 2005 Chevrolet Silverado 4.3L. I have an intermittent problem; the truck starts but immediately shuts off. I got codes U1041,U1064 and P1626 on the pcm . I unplugged the comb connection and found that every other module had 7v but the pcm had 0.3V . To make sure the pcm wire wasn’t being grounded somewhere, I cut the wire right at the pcm connector and still had 0.3v coming out of the class 2 wire . I believe this means that the pcm is bad, am I correct ?
I would assume so. Do you remember if you figured it out?
There is no splice pack on a 2003 Buick LeSabre.
Hi sirs.
One particular question please...
Does the Hantek 1008 8 channel Automotive Oscilloscope is OK for diagnosing these communications lines...?
Thanks.
Best regards.
grate information thanks
problem facing in Chevrolet captiva 2007 manual, DTC U0073(Control Module Communication Bus OFF), U0121(ABS MODULE lost communication) and P0500(Vehicle Speed Sensor) ,,,,suddenly instrument cluster stops working ,all needles(Temperature, rpm, speed etc.) showing 0 reading , ac stops cooling while blower keep running, reverse gear light stops working, Service Vehicle Soon light & MIL illuminates in cluster. and all happen intermittently and all together. Can anybody suggest solution?
I mean this respectfully but is the dude dead or why isn’t there an update on this channel

Except the number 2 pin didn’t remain they removed it now it’s pin 1 drkgreen then jump to 4and 5 both ground and 6 is can bus line to test with 14 for 60 ohms and 16 is B+
