Your weather looks a bit cantankerous! Ours in MN has decided to get much much colder. When I left choir rehearsal tonight the snow was crunching under my boots, a sign of brrrrr-y cold temps. The blue sock is so pretty! I'm happy you're on the better side of healing. Don't be too heroic at work. "Coddle" is the word of the day for you!
When you showed your plate, I thought wow that looks like what I eat. I love the apple, cheese, almond combination. The button tip is great, thank you.
I have never seen anyone do that with the button!! What a genius idea! This is the kind of content us knitters need to be sharing with one another that we usually don't think to!!
So glad you are feeling better. Don’t overdo it so you won’t relapse. Love that Freddy Beach sock. I’ve only done it with two colors, but it is lovely with just one color. Apple and cheese - especially nice aged cheese - yum! That button trick really works. Thanks for the tip, I’ve used it several times after seeing it on an episode of yours. Peace and joy
Those Freddy Beach socks are beautiful! Oh btw, metaphysically speaking. Neck pain means there is a discrepancy between what the head and the heart wants. Hmmmmm....... The tree ornaments are lovely ❤ My favourite sandwich is cheese banana and jam. Yum xxx Nice tip on the button!
Oh Nancy you poor thing! Take it easy and make sure that neck heals up and doesn’t become worse. I really hate when the weather does that snow, melt, freeze thing. I wish it would just snow and then stay cold!
Glad you are feeling a bit better - take it easy when you can. Thankyou for the button tip as I had never seen that before. Leigh-Anne in Melbourne Australia xx
I LOVE your tip with the button.... i tried this months ago when i first saw you talk about it, and i am hooked! I now have a button in my knitting tool box!
Hi Nancy. Happy to hear your neck is doing better and I hope that continues. I have to say I love the ritual of you lighting those tea lights. I'm now on a hunt for setting up something similar. Living in EC there's not a TJ Maxx or Marshals or Home Goods so I'll have to piece meal something together but I love the look. Hope your have a good week.
I started my week by tripping over a footstool Monday morning in the dark and hitting my ear/side of my head on a table. I think I missed doing too much damage to myself, but have been a bit stiff all week. I guess it’s the week for mishaps. I hope that your neck continues to heal quickly and that you feel better soon!
Ohhhh, love granny smith apples with my old cheddar!!! Isn't it murphy's law to find yourself in the busiest of times to be struck down with something that will make moving to get things done a bit of a struggle? I can see your discomfort and I hope your feeling better soon.

That looks like my usual lunch minus 3 small oatcakes. I change the nuts to cashews sometimes. Thank you, Nancy ❤

Your advent is very beautiful ❤❤

Hope your neck improves soon! Yes I love apple and cheddar but I also love fruit cake and cheese! That’s a very English thing I think!
Oh you have the perfect lunch love an aged cheddar. So sorry about your neck take care
Love the button trick. Will use it in near future. How did you begin to spin? How would you recommend a person start spinning? Electric?
Hi Nancy,
I was wondering if you are attaching the minis in your crochet wrap with a magic knot.
