Also, check out other German Christmas markets, i.e. the wonderful Medieval Christmas market in Esslingen or the little Ravenna Gorge Christmas market in the Black Forest. P.S. yeah, of course I know Colmar is in France, duh .... it's still very much a German Christmas market though ...
Grinch here, hello! 😬Colmar has gone nuts with decorations.. nuts. Still magical is far.... far away. Why.. Just too crowded. There is a limit, a low one, to amount of people and here.. well.. horrid levels. Second; a bit too early evening. Needed to be dark sky to get lights into "magical" mode. Third; to have a "magical" christmas atmosphere there MUST be snow. Without snow even California could get magical.. nope.. not gonna happen. And last.. after all "grinchy" complaints (don't get mad with me, at least too much, fan of Your videos!) music is so off; no music better or with this amount of people circus theme could and would work better.. 😵💫🥴 Quality of the film, as Yours usually, is excellent! Only timing (in every way) shot blank. 😖

Colmar felt more artificial than Disneyworld when I visited
