I hope you do the takeover again-I really enjoy getting the extra SPFBO content. It’s crazy to me that I’d never even heard of SPFBO and now follow it so closely (obsessively?) since learning about it the first time Cassidy mentioned it on her channel.
I agree it’s so fun seeing the different thoughts on the same set of books and how books can work so well for some and not for others. My thoughts were a nice between the official and Mel’s takeover but def leaned closer to the Mel’s Takeover ratings overall.

Love hearing about all of the Mel's Takeover's stats. The differences between your group and the official group just goes to show that reading is so subjective.

Wow, I love how different the ratings were! Personally, I didn't enjoy Master of the Void pretty much the entire time reading but thought it came together very nicely at the end and will probably keep reading the series. I also thought Spindle Manor would have been GREAT as a movie. It gave me Knives Out and Clue vibes but felt a little too slapstick for a book. I think my favorite was also A Rival Most Vial! I immediately read all the bonus content and novellas that the author had published.

I enjoyed reading all the finalists and seeing everyone’s differing opinion. For me, I loved Master of the Void too! It was one of my favorites. I was shocked to see it in last place in the official competition!
