I've been trying to be ambidextrous about front foot confidence since i got my first fixie this year. Its a lot less awkward to learn this way....as opposed to getting good and confident with one side before trying to learn the other. This is true for skateboarding. Soccer. yoga, breathing while swimming. etc. do it
I'm obsessed with using my both arms and legs equally when it comes to sports, if I did some trick with one, hand or leg then I have to do it with the other.
Can you do it on a scooter yet? before anyone says its not posible... its possible. I can do it on my swifty and my Mountain scooter. You don't need a hill and you don't need pedal pressure forwards. you can do it without thopse things. No brakes as well.
After 3 or 4 real dedicated practice sessions, I'm gaining some confidence and can hold for at least a few seconds every try, up to 15-20 seconds on my best efforts. I've watched all the other trackstand videos on UA-cam and like this one the best. You just gotta get the practice in.
Got my first fixed gear today, went to an empty parking lot to learn how to skid, couldnt really get it right so while taking a break tried trackstand with my feet in straps, well of course I fell and also couldnt get my feet out and fell over right there on asphalt...really hope nobody saw that :D
When I track stand without hands I sit down when I push down with my front foot and stand to push back with the other foot. It’s helped me hold it longer
Thanks for taking the time to make the tuto! Its very good! Are you thinking on doing more videos for no fixie bikes? I would really like to have tutos on the others tricks for other bikes, I dont have a fixed gear xD
Thank you so much, iv been trying to track stand Mon my BMX for months and can't do it, I'm still unable to do it it your video mad eem realise that my foots were not level at all time, I'm getting better now that I know it
wondering if i could get people opinion on the cinelli histogram 13 people say its very weak but yeah i still like it (amazing video btw keep up the good work!)
This bike was really easy to assemble ua-cam.com/users/postUgkxMesz3KOGEmwmvyKQfLfrRSUXLFzfVHZA and required very few adjustments out of the box. The wheels did not require any truing/adjustments. The frame had some small scratches, but nothing major.I did replace the seat though - the seat it came with was very uncomfortable. The tires need to be re-inflated every 4-5 days, but this appears to be quite common for the narrow 700x25 tires.Overall, in my opinion, this bike looks and rides like a much more expensive bike.
I see how front tire moves forward on pedal push, but i can't move it backwards - on pulling the handlebar it is my body going forward, not the bike backwards. Please help.

bro this is not a thing for sports like "soccer"
Best explanation here on UA-cam. Tried it today but the best thing I can tell about my attempts is that I got two hours of sunshine and fresh air. ;)
before i could'nt do it now after like an hour of practicing I'm a master
Lmao you can’t come anywhere near mastering trackstands in an hour.
@@dmoneyswagg64 possible but not probable

This bike is just.... GORGEOUS !!!
What bike is it
The first one

Nice! Btw do you have any tips for that no hands foot on wheel trackstand? Trying to learn it but no luck so far.
Jackson, where can I find FSFG parts in the EU? Do you know any riders there.
Just got into biking, and it is so much fun
Started last night and I’m getting it locked in already
Damn, thanks. I was using my front brake and was pushing with my dominant foot forward. I'll try this next time!
Does anyone know what that music he uses in the background it sound so nice
Why does it just click I couldn’t do track stands at all and now I can do them perfectly
Thanks for taking the time to make the tuto! Its very good!

Good Tutorial as always! What is the background Music? Seems really chill
I literally only come here for those Ritchey Bullmoose handlebars 🤤
Bro all this time time thought it was FOAD like TOAD or ROAD
Great advice
i use my left to skid because its stronger than right but my right is use for trackstand
I learn fast after this video
Yes I’ve been waiting for a vid like this since I first saw the wheelie vid. Great video btw
What FGFS would you recommend (sub $400, sub $600, sub $800, $801+)?
Can someone help me. What handlebar is he using?
They're Ritchey brand
he did a bike check on this bike a little while back
ritchey bullmoose
Is it possible to do this on a bike that's configured such that the reverse pedal is set to breaks?
On a coaster hub yes u can
we might apply this for the bikes that we restored in our channel! thanks for this. will tag you for future video content
What was the maximum time that you can trackstand a bicycle
wondering if i could get people opinion on the cinelli histogram 13 people say its very weak but yeah i still like it (amazing video btw keep up the good work!)
Idk how but suddenly i be able to do track stand easily, just a few failed tho tbh🤔😲🤷🏼♂️ miracle maybe😅🙂✌🏼
Got my first fixed gear today
Sounds like an accident is about to happen..
@@imjonathan6745 😂 Nah I took it slow at the start and practiced carefully. Now I can ride fast comfortably
Do a 180 tutorial !!

SLC 💪🏼
Thank you
You're welcome!
What do you recommend for doing this on a single speed Beach Cruiser with a coaster brake??
That’s a tricky one. Same as any other bike, just lots of practice. Use a hill
impossible with a coaster brake
when you see it for the first time it looked impossible! and so far, for mee at least it has been impossible. But maybe after this video il do better.
I see how front tire moves forward on pedal push, but i can't move it backwards - on pulling the handlebar it is my body going forward, not the bike backwards. Please help.
Oooo, try harder 😊
If you unweight the bike for a moment while you pull backward that can help. It can take some practice and core strength!
Make a 180 hop tutorialll!!!
My wheel keeps going the opposite of my dominant foot how do I fix this
Hey, what size is the handlebar you are using?
my folding bike cannot go rear, so i cannot do track stand on it?
Red stop light and you're strapped in, and there's nothing to hold on to
yo bro kinda weird question but what kinda pants are those
Can song&friend frame be a freestyle fixie
Great tutorial as usual, Jackson! I can already do trackstands but still a great lesson. :)
thanks u man (from myanmar)
G O A T🤙🏻🐐🖤
will this work on a penny farthing?
How long of a trackstand should I aim for?
Long enough to catch your breath. Or at least as long as the traffic light is when riding in the city.
Is it possible with coaster brakes?
I need help anybody knows a god ratio for hills and speed? Just want a good balance for both. I’m a newbie
im using 48 and 17
a bit work at hills, but still okay
48-17 is the standard. 50-19 is also solid
Does it matter if it's brandless
Can you track stand with a frecoaster?
Yeah definitely! It would be harder without having the pedals engaging.
been doing this but I really can't
Skid 180 tutorial?
Bro plis one vídeo how to 180°
Got this in the works!
I was definitely doing this before I got a fixedgear.. now I'm getting it in on the fixedgear.
How about no hand trackstands🤨 i keep seeing people do it but theres mo tutorials
