I don't care how strong Saitama is currently or whatever. The fact that garou stood up against that serious punch and canceled it out is BADASS. Saitama gave him that death screen that he gave genos in season one and the man casually switches modes and launches one of his own. For that garou is my favorite character in opm.

Pretty sure Cosimic Garou is a God level threat. The definition of a god level threat is someone who is capable of wiping out all of humanity, which Cosmic garou can easily do as shown by his Gamma Ray Burst, Nuclear Fission, and then his fight with Saitama gaining all sorts of Series Series moves that can all easily destroy Earth.
Still lost to saitama then traveled back in time to kill him thinking he was weaker, lost again and just gave up the god stuff

Honestly, i think Garou is still High Dragon even after turning back to human because his body expirienced being Monster and at least some of that power is left. At this point he is on the level of prime Bang, not to mention he can just train and get even stronger and even better when it comes to technique.
Yes he stands against neo heroes and suiryu with ease.

Human Monster is probably atleast high demon, I don't see him being that much weaker than the one who beat an S class (Tank Top Master) because after that he faced the A class group with way more trouble than his Human Monster self (That beat a room of A class heroes and tiger+ Villains)
Hero hunter garou isn't even durable enough to no sell a class level attacks . High demons can no sell demon level attacks .
Choze can split clouds over 1 km with his energy blasts . Deep sea king can casually bust through missile proof shelters.
Genos can vaporize hundreds of meters of rocks .
G4 can cut through multiple buildings
Beast king can generate air pressure strong enough to cut buildings .
The giant snowman can destroy small mountains and is still a demon
Hundred eyes octopus can level multiple city blocks

God Level Threats have been stated to be humanity ending threats, which Cosmic Garou definitely is. He literally killed the S class heros with his presence and tied with Blast whilst not even trying.
And all this evolution happens in the span of a couple days in the opm world. Imagine struggling against some A-Class fodder one day and then being strong enough to cause nuclear explosions with a single punch the next. His evolution is unreal.

@@billyjoe8185 well that’s only when both serious punches clash into eachother. During the rest of the fight they were both dealing out serious punches but none of the fists collided as they did which is why we don’t see the same level of destruction.

It seems the manga is going a different way with him now. In 170 he mentions he wants to fight all the heroes in a competition, to evolve without becoming a monster.
that doesnt mean he still cant end up job hunting. Bang would probably make him do it as further penance to society.

Job Hunter Garou: High demon since he can defeat Neo Heroes with Suit and even Suiryu.
I think he is above demon or low dragon because he easily defended himself barely even trying against suiryu with a battle suit.

Cosmiq Garou was certainly a God Level Threat he could create Nuke explosion with just punches or the Gamma Ray Burst which prob would have roasted the whole planet i mean he was already killing strong s rank heroes such as bang just being there and literally doing nothing from the radiation but as soon as he copied saitama and started throwing serious punches it was clear as crystal.
