Colin Bell has died recently aged 74. Very sad news for anyone connected with Mancity or football in general. He was truly a footballing great and one of the top players of his day as well as a club legend at Manchester City. RIP Colin.
As a Man United Fan, I was a massive (envious) admirer of Man City's fantastic teams of the late 1960s to the early 1970s with the great Colin Bell as the fulcrum of their holy trinity along with Mike Sumerbee and Francis Lee. Colin Bell was a brilliant player who scored many crucial goals for both club and country. He was my favorite player in the City and wished that he played for United. May he rest in peace. What a player.
One of the, if not MAIN - reasons I started to cheer for City when I was a kid. RIP, legend and true inspiration. And thank you for a lot of great games (Norwegian TV back in the days). So proud to have a Norwegian on this team now. Sky's the limit, it seems. Godspeed, City!
@@philipsammon6336 He's up there but not top five for me. Outside of the five I mentioned theres a lot of players that would be competing for top 10. Kinkladze, Summerbee, Doherty, Swift, Brook, Johnson, Kompany and Toure to name a few.
