I keep coming back to this one. Helps me sleep. The hand brushing sounds are my favorite ASMR sounds and this one is full of it (rubbing the rocks in your hands, on the sheet, etc) Would love to see more of these.

This was so amazing. Mercury in retrograde affects me greatly and this felt like a good cleansing. I was actually interacting with you with the breathing and hand movements, which was new to me. Normally I relax and close my eyes. I love your tapping and missed it when you took out the selenite wand. The music was a excellent touch. Like someone else said it is at the right volume and pace. I personally think these healing videos shouldnt have talking but since some people heal more with talking then in my opinion you should do both but state the ones that dont have talking for the people who prefer silent asmr. In my opinion your silent videos are amazing!

I thank you, that was focused and so relaxing. If you wish to talk, and you have a lovely voice, if you keep your volume low its nice. It's when you get excited and louder in vocals and I feel your'e healing isn't as focused. We all think we can multi task, but focused intention is far more powerful it can create miracles. One thing at a time, like a lazer beam . Peace x

I really enjoy the soft background music. Coupling this with whispered guided meditation would be great. I don’t care for tapping/scraping much unless it’s SUPER gentle. More times than not, it’s just way too loud/fast on most people’s channels.
Most of the time I look for videos that are at least 45 min long, but I fell asleep fast with this one!
