Bruh... I got 34 hrs ln this game and the Lear ing curve is no joke.. this long in the game and still have not figured out to fully have oxygen, water and food ready to thrive. 10000000/10. Love the realism of it.
I'm at 400 hours ish. I've been designing automated systems for 20 years, and I thought this would be a breeze. Nope. The realism is what keeps me coming back. My first base was on Mars. About hour 2, I heard an explosion from the direction of my base. I returned to find all of my windows blown out and my stuff everywhere. I had fully pressurized the base, and I failed to account for the heating from the sun and the resulting rise in pressure. I have been hooked ever since. Best of luck
@@stripedcollar335 What. That is insane. Bought this game a few years back and instantly was like "i need more time for this" and never got around until... maybe now ? 😅😊
OH BANANAS! Haha - when you were placing the glass sheets and go to '15' I was thinking.... wait, we just did iron sheets and I'm pretty sure it was 16.... I bet that's gonna come up later. Sho nuff!
Good catch. Actually between recording the video and the audio there was a 2 weeks difference, so honestly I forgot. I was recording audio as a post commentary, so that is why sometimes I don't know what happens next. Very few episodes I record live 😀
@@GrunfWorks oh wow that would be trippy trying to remember and say things that make sense! Impressive I just duo'd with a friend I bought the game for about 6 hours. Hadn't played myself in a year so it was....interesting. At one point he opened the entire O2 tank and I didnt consider the repercussion until we were closed inside the base we just finished sealing with empty air tanks. Was fun Mark Watneying my way out of that while trying to talk him through the what and why
If you come upon this great guide like I did, please know that a new patch as of May 2024 rearranged the organization of the starting crates so the various bits and bobs won't be on the same spot on the lander.
Yep, i have read about it. Problem is every time i try to make a new guide it takes me 2-3 weeks and by the time i am ready to start posting, devs already made a significant update which reworks things :-). Love them for the updates, but it makes creating tutorials a bit.....tricky
Yea, merry Christmas to you too. Its like Subnautica but little more complex and no story. But gameplay wise it’s awesome. Also multiple planets: Mars, Venus, Vulcan, beside Moon :-)
When you have Toolbelt or Backpack open you can scroll with mouse to choose wanted tool/item. When you get to it you simply press F to switch currently held item in main hand with it. It saves a lot of time when you get used to it
No mods in Stationeers. I used to use mining one that increased resource density 25g or something, not to make my mining too tedious when preparing for episode. But that is all. Also modslist i typically post on my subreddit /r/grunfworks. For KSP at least
I would love to see Rocket2Guns and the guys behind Ostranauts merge their projects together. Downside is Rocket is based, and the Ostranauts people are kinda pozzed wokerati (like they do stupid shit like not allow you to make a blonde haired blue eyed man, just because, or make all the NPC's transgender). I think Rocket would end up going postal.
wtf are you even talking about?? lmao edit: i just booted up the game and made a male character with blonde hair and blue eyes? side note, fucking hell bro, the amount of buzzwords, do you only speak MAGA?? we need to build a wall to protect against the femoid wokerati fatherless feminazis!! something something 88!

Love a little Stationeers! I loved your co-op stuff, it would be interesting to see you with another skilled player.
You can hold left mouse
..why is there coal on the moon?
Shhhhhhhh. Too many questions can be dangerous!!
Moon dinosaurs
How do you select tools so quickly
When you have Toolbelt or Backpack open you can scroll with mouse to choose wanted tool/item. When you get to it you simply press F to switch currently held item in main hand with it. It saves a lot of time when you get used to it
Hey how do i get a list of your mods? I checked your Discord but I couldn't find it.
