Violetta Castillo - Soy mi mejor momento

"Soy mi mejor momento" is a song composed by Violetta and Germán, based on a poem by Maria, Violetta's mother, who died while Violetta was still a very young kid. Maria wrote the poem while she was pregnant with Violetta. She wanted to give it to her when she got older.
Ramallo talked about it to León, so that he would make Violetta and Germán sing this song together at the end of season 2, while the relationship between father and daughter was very strained. In the last episode of season 2, Violetta sings this song, accompanied by Germán on the piano. The fact that this moment reconciles them and that she sings a poem by her mother is extremely moving. That's why it's my favorite song of the whole series and it's the song that I think best represents Violetta's character.
