Copenhagen is my favorite airport. We fly with Scandinavian Airlines to and from Newark Copenhagen every year to visit our native country of Sweden. Unfortunately, due to the coronavirus, we are unable to do so this year. That’s a very sad thing. However, we’re all doing OK and none of us have caught the virus. Godspeed!! That’s some competition between Ryanair and EasyJet! Anyone seen the British TV show “Airline?” EasyJet is the star of that show.
I fly from and to KBH Kastrup often. The walkway to gate F is going through yet another re-furb so there will be walkways when its complete ... just annoying right now as it was easier 2 years back. Great airport just its growing at quite a fast pace. Nice video of one of my favorite hubs )
Great trip report! Really enjoyed watching! Just a tip to next time you come to CPH. You can walk inside as well as outside to Terminal 2. Just go to the end of T3 (coming from the metro) turn right, and walk down a long corridor and then T2 will be in your sight ;)
Flyspotter19 Actually I did it few months ago, but last time I thought they changed the walkway due to works and decided to follow the signs on the exit. Don't know why they suggest people to go outside if there's actually a long (but narrow) corridor after SAS check-in area. Next time, I'll follow my instinct again ;)
I dont think its that narrow anymore since they made terminal 2 bigger, but maybe a bit, but yeah idk why they give directions to go outside as well.. but oh well
Another beautiful flight report by you Niki! I really appreciated the views upon climb and descent. Hopefully I can get the chance to fly aboard an EZY space flex cabin in near future. FYI : The engine rattle at boarding process was not due to winds, rather than the engine having to cool down and at going full speed again for takeoff! Great job and keep it up! ;-)

You’re welcome! I don’t think I am an expert in regards to aircraft engines because I saw this in a documentary about an A340 and I could recognize it immediately. That’s why I noticed it 😉😋
Sorry Sir as an a320 pilot myself, that is actually incorrect, It is indeed to the Strong Winds, there is no “cooling feature” on an Airbus engines that result in Fan Blades spinng. The Rattle is the blades clicking.
