i did my kymco people gt 300i today for the first time -super easy and super accessible... btw the line next to T is tdc, not the letter itself, and it can make a difference, so the line must be in the middle of that hole

My Downtown is very noisy when cold so I decided to adjust the valves according to your video. I followed all the steps and placed it at top dead center precisely and adjusted the gap to 0.10mm. But the noise got much worse. What could I have done wrong? Details, it has 33,000km.

you took bread from mechanic's mouth, lol... maybe it was not top dead center, also have you chacked valve clearance before you unscrewed it? how much was it??? 33 000 is not little, maybe you should check compression and start from there... also oil can drastically influence engine sound, try different brand or gradation (but only when everything above is dealt with first)

I think you're wrong. You don't have to align the "T" to the mark, but the mark on the flywheel besides the T

For kymco downtown 300 service manual tell about 0.12mm for all valves

my kymco 300 says 0.1mm it depends what year the model is from i guess... newer have 0.1 as much as i know, at least for people gt, people 300s and mxu 270cc (basically all same engines, but there are differences)

Motor kymco downtown saya pagi2 nak start susah.. nak kena throttle aru boleh start... abih lepas dah start, bila move off je, mesti stall... kenapa ye? Nak kena tunggu jap aru panas kan sikit baru bergerak.. kalau tak mesti stall motor nya...
