BongaFish Actually, if i may express my own point of view. I was actually quite happy with Nexon's Vindictus. The Cinematic trailer was almost quite accurate when considering the gameplay style and the Chaos of the situations you are put in. But yes it is a bad Idea to usually expect a game to be exactly like the Cinematic trailers, all the trailers are really supposed to do is get you pumped for a game, but all you are really doing is just sitting here and judging a game that isn't even out yet, because you are a Class A cancer of the internet Troll... I hope this one was like how the first one used to be. The game used to be so exciting, with a good story to it, large environments, and challenging quests.
I hope they keep the same original essence of the game in this one. I hope it's not a "click for action" or has any board game-ish feeling like other MMOs. The main reason why I like Maple is for it's direct combat. You just press a key and you attack.
I hope they push this game in the graphical department a little while still retaining it's old school art style that made the game and Nexon so popular.
Just wondering, will we have to make a new account for MS2? Or will we be able to log in with our regular accounts? I'd love to see my characters with the new 3D look but I don't want to have to restart...
***** They will transfer. You get Maplestory by making an account on Nexon.net, which is where you get other games. You use that same account for those games, so I'm guessing you will transfer.
I hope this means that we can make a very big variety of characters, almost full customization where you can decide which weapons you choose, for example if I want a unarmed fighter with magic, but give up my def for return that, that is a possibility.

I don't see how they will do it. I grew uo playin maplestory and I'm actually heart broken and affriad. Maplestory 1 has just started getting good again

Ik, when I was an Angelic Buster, this event quest took me out of Pantheon where my main quest was, and I still can't find an In-Dimensional portal.
