What would your daughter do if she discovered you we were in a dark place mentally? There's the answer. I really like what you said about trying to be a good Christian. You really understand it quite well, and I believe you're doing the right things. It is absolutely impossible for any of us to be perfect. That is why our Lord came down amongst us and sacrificed his human life for us. I think the hardest thing any of us have to do in our lives is to forgive. A perfect example of how incredibly hard forgiveness can be is a movie called "The Shack". It is a good Christian movie, but it is very very hard to watch.
