Odyssey brother, I think you should switch one talent of King of the Legion that is From Sovereignty of the dam to Reign of the triyant because this talent is much better that Sovereignty of the dam. I have watched your videos and I have noticed that you struggle a lot with king of the Legion so better you should switch talent. It would be a great idea

So , it's not lucky but itu has a talent that when he slows time he will get no damage , so it was not luck but skill of itu
How is the at a CHARACTER’S skill? The bullet stopped right before it hit itu. And when you get hit by a ranged attack while in time manipulation, it just stops

Stop pressing the attack button when you want to cancel it?
Some moves automatically carry on to the next one meaning you can't cancel them, but usually you can cancel attacks any time
