Wonderboy listening to Mr. Ballen ("strange, dark, and mysterious") while running hills is the most relatable thing I've ever seen from a UFC superstar. I love his fighting style, his personality, and now, I love seeing how he trains. Very cool video, Sensei Seth!
The Chemistry between you und Stephen is special. Wonderboy is really one of a kind. Just turned 40 but kicking it like a 25 year old. And Sweet-T is a freaking sleeper, never thought he would be so fast with his build.
Taking a minute to talk about his character and how he makes people feel good about themselves was the right thing to do, man. If I had to pick between everyone knowing how to fight and everyone knowing how to be as good to people as Wonderboy, I know which one I’d pick. You’re one of the good ones too, Seth, just so you know. Taking a minute to point that out about Wonderboy proves it alone.
@@SenseiSeth It looks like his speed very much comes from how relaxed he is. It's easier to be fast when you aren't tense at all. Also him and his brother having trained together since they were young probably helps.
Hey Seth, the part about meeting Wonderboy and how he made you feel special really hit me in the feels. I took martial arts for about six months before I had to stop because I couldn't make my work schedule fit with my class schedule. Well, I recently started taking classes again after something like a year off and the second I walked in everyone was super excited to see me and super excited to hear that I was gonna be taking classes again. I can't remember the last time I felt so good! It's really cool when someone can make you feel immediately welcome and like you belong there! That story shot me right through the heart!
Huge props to you, Sensei Seth, for doing this video. And don't sell yourself short. You're a tank and you have heart going into a camp with pro fighters and being game for anything. That's some potential there. You have the size, strength and power. You're no joke. And Stephen Thompson just got a fan in me especially for taking time to hold kids camp during his own camp. Shows where his priorities are.
