You guys should deploy Home Assistant. I just put it in my house and am addicted to it. I can make it do anything. I even set it up to blow out my irrigation system once the weather forecast shows a temperature below 40 degrees (I have a large air compressor, which is also monitored and controlled by Home Assistant)
We'll still do a few jobs each year to stay current, but very selective. Short answer is that we believe we can have a bigger impact helping both Dealers and Home Owners by focusing on designs, consultations, and providing information here, and that's the part we enjoy the most. Helping both Dealers and Home Owners design. We did well on the install side, but there are dealers that do it better. So focusing on our strengths and then teaming with Dealers around the country on the service side when Clients want a recommendation.
