So much respect for these guys. I'm over here watching like"that old guy can still hang" while I'm in my mid 40's crying about having to bend over to tie my shoes
I'm 45 and in the best shape of my life. I can bench 315lbs for 10 reps and I run 5 miles 5x a week. I have some lower back pain sometimes but that's it.
45yo here.. was going through the exact same thing all of 2023. I went from 170lbs to topping out at 221lbs around Aug 2023. And the most vivid thing I remember was how miserable I felt, and the disgust I had with myself because I couldn't even bend over to tie my damn shoes. I made the decision right then to lose that weight. So the first thing I did was I started intermittent fasting. I'd eat my last meal/snack whatever, no later than 8pm, and would not eat again until after 12p the next day- often times going past 12p just to challenge myself(esp when the weight began to shed). So I would fast, and when I finally did eat for the day I implemented 2 main changes and stuck to it: First, I forced myself to eat much smaller portions than what I typically ate and, second, I only ate eggs, fruit, meat, and veggies on most days. But, only on most days. Because I made sure that I had days when I added carbs (in moderation) to my diet as well. Contrary to what some believe, the body needs carbs. But for the most part I only ate boiled eggs, meat(not fried!), veggies, and fruit. And to break up the monotony I had little healthy snacks like brazil nuts and walnuts etc from time to time. Let me not forget to add that during all of this I also cut out drinking alcohol. I was never a big drinker anyway but at that time it had become a bit of an after work routine. So I cut it out. It was tough, but the human brain is tougher/smarter than a substance, so I harnessed that mental power and quit(pride/ego played a big part, it wouldnt allow me to let some brainless substance control me). The last thing I implemented was walking 30mins a day after work, every single work day, NO MATTER HOW HOT IT WAS outside. People used to think I was INSANE lol, and quite a few people flat out told me that it wouldn't work and that I was just "wasting my time". "Those 6-pack days are over buddy just accept it, it happens to us all!"..said all the fat bald 50yo coworkers and neighbors alike... By mid-October I was down to 204lbs and a few of them would no longer even look me in the eye. Shame, I guess? By January 1, 2024 I was down to 181lbs. And right now currently sitting at the end of the month I am a lean muscular 176lbs(and would like to stay right here) just like I used to be before I blew up to 221lbs. Moral of the story, it's not too late to get it together brother. And it doesn't take fat burning substances or powders nor killing yourself in the gym to do it. Hell I did not visit any manner of "gym" NOT ONE TIME during this journey. Nor did I do ANY type of exercise outside a stationary bike when I had access to one- and the walking after work routine. Basically, all I did was make lifestyle changes. And that's all you have to do. Except you have to KEEP doing it and don't stop just because you're a month in and don't "see" progress. But the cool thing about what happens when keep going, is that you cross this "threshold" of sorts where you go from struggling to implement the changes, to embracing it. And it becomes even easier for you to stay away from eating like sh*t and it becomes easier for you to get out there and get your 30min walk in and, as a matter of fact, you'll actually LOOK FORWARD to to the damn walk, I kid you not. It'll become one of your favorite parts of the day because you're beginning to see what it's doing to you. You just have to discipline yourself and do it bro. If you can start intermittent fasting, cut out the crappy food and stick to only meat and veggies when you do finally eat for the day, and walk 30mins per day, you WILL see results. Actually, now that I think about it I only walked 5 days a week, I didn't walk every day of the week. Mon-Fri only. And I still saw results. I promise you if you literally do those things above, and actually do them, and stick to it and actually DO THEM AND LIVE BY IT, you'll be tying your shoes with ease by SPRING 2024. Good luck.

Old white man with the cauliflower ear got barres!!!
It's easy to fight someone who doesn't know how!
Unless that person has a weapon and knows how to use it. Lots of tough guys with a huge ego had to learn this lesson the hard way. Best thing is to avoid fights if possible.

1st guy gave phantom troupe a bad name he the blue prisoner from the hunter exam arc 😂
What upsets me is the downward elbows that was just awful. What a ref.
a head kick is worse than a downward elbow it’s only banned in sports because it looks too powerful

@ashtonkinnett2146 also it can damage your spine, and a solid strike to the back of the head can be fatal
@ashtonkinnett2146 I fought for a while myself and I can tell ya head kicks are way more safe than downward elbiws
