In this video, was so nice to see all the various day-in-the-life bits, but I especially loved seeing the family gather to prepare dinner, AND Noel saying that it gives the family a chance to converse, to catch up on the day's happenings. What he didn't say are some other benefits: 1) the kids see dad & mom working together for family's benefit; 2) each child gets what they need from this open-ended interaction: some talk, some pay attention to putting together the recipe, some can play, draw or read if they prefer; 3) the kids pick up on learning how to cook, either with direct attention or not; 4) the children learn that COOKING FOR SELF/FAMILY is the normal standard rather than eating out 1-2x /day {like is prevalent in USA}; 5) the children learn to prepare for living on their own; 6) that cooking can be a fun family/SOCIAL event; etc, etc.... What my own children also learned : 1) that cooking at home is VERY economical (my sushi-loving youngest learned that VERY quickly - and surprised me with an amazing birthday sushi meal that included shrimp and veg tempura 🍤 😋 ; 2) NUTRITION - you can know/control ingredients, like amounts and types of fats/sweeteners/salts, increasing healthy vegs while decreasing reliance on meats and processed starches/foods (such as white flour/white rice vs whole grain). 3) that cooking for someone else can be a gift, an act of love. I can not get over how beautiful Sue is. Not a single wrinkle, nor bags under her eyes. I was AMAZED at her baby bump video with not a single stretch mark! Some people are so lucky!! Noel and Sue look so young and look like 22 kids was a stress free breeze! Amazing!!

Hi Radfords. My husband noticed that you have temporary caps where you once had a radiator in the bedroom you just decorated. I thought I’d point it out to you as he said the kids could easily take them off and if your heating is on, the water coming out could be rather hot! You may be aware already, you may not, but thought I’d say as I wouldn’t want to see anything happen to the little ones xx

To my understanding, bubble tea is a very sweet cold tea (what people usually opt for) with tapioca balls in, that sit at the bottom and soak up the sweetness and flavour. Not very nutritious, but neither is Starbucks.
The witch and ghost lantern is from John Lewis but I got mine last yr I love it too . The Tefal cook4me for us was too watery but I've kept it to try again and fine-tune the recipes , although I suppose most pressure cooking is watery cos thats how it works with the cooking .
