Bringing you guys great Washington Football Team analysis, news updates, game reactions, and much much more!
I love LMAC in the slot. His combine agility scores were elite. He's bigger than most slot receivers and his experience as a QB will help him understand open spaces in coverage. Plus, he has been arriving with Daniels at 5 am every day to learn the offense.
You don’t have to be a superstar to become a good pro, look a Julian Edelman for instance he was very similar to what Luke McCafery is trying to do. Edelman was a QB at Kent State for 3 years the Patriots drafted him to turn him into a special teams specialist and wide receiver. He worked really hard and learned to play well with Brady and became a great slot receiver and was a Super Bowl MVP. If Luke works hard enough and just does his thing he could be a great slot receiver just like Edelman.
He will overtake dotson and become our WR2 hes 6'2 strong hands, physical quick getting in and out of his breaks on routes. Dotson will be a solid slot receiver i still think we should've picked chris olave over dotson.
I like McCaffrey I think he will have 850yds
Pedro, you keep your vids short and to the point, and you're excellent at what you do. You don't waster words or my time.... That's why yours is my favorite Redskins channel, PERIOD! Keep up the great work.
I agree: Luke McCaffery was an absolute STEAL, and it warms my heart we drafted him. Even more than any other rookie. I think he's going to be an absolute PRIZE.
59 catches, 815 yards.
Luke's Dad was drafted in the 3rd round and wasn't a superstar his entire career but was a very good solid receiver for 13 seasons and had some really great seasons in the late 90s early 2000s in Denver with Elway where he was a star wide receiver. He won 3 Superbowls over his career and was a 1 time pro-bowler. Of course we all know what a stud CMAC is so if Luke is anything like his dad and brother (I strongly believe he is and will have a solid nfl career) then Washington should have a stud receiver for years to come in LMAC. I totally expect Luke to carve out a nice NFL career, he definitely has the pedigree and from what I've seen he's very smart and has a ton of determination. I really think the sky is the limit for this kid.
Vernon Davis
Vernon Davis, Keep up the Great work Pedro!!
40 recs, 529 yds, 4 tds
I been saying the same thing about him since the draft, he's already decent and has only played the position for 2 years
Exactly. Has a lot of potential
Look at Julian Edelman, he was a QB in college too and the patriots drafted him to be a special teams specialist/wide receiver and look what he did, went on to be a super bowl MVP.
I like Luke. I think he was drafted appropriately. However just because he looks good at our own OTAs means nothing. We are going to need to see him going against NFL starter caliber corners. He could be in for a huge shock after training camp
Edit: also think pearsall is going to be a certified beast
He can’t be a steal if he’s picked too early. They could’ve gotten him in the 4th or 5th round. There was better receivers in the class doesn’t mean they fit but it was better receivers. We only picked him because of AP ties to his brother.
I think hill is a good comparison. Maybe not an elite number one WR but a guy you can create mismatches with because the defense doesn't know what role he will be playing
I think our receiving core is awful. And now the market went up. If they don’t pan out we’ll spent a lot of money on the wide receiver leftover
Vernon Davis !!Great job Pedro 🎉🎉🎉🎉
Like is our Randle El of this time
Got our gadget white guy
Vernon Davis!
LMC 650 yds, 6 tds
Pads not on yet
Davis
Did he play with Sean Taylor’s younger brother at rice?
Yes Gabriel Taylor has been on the Rice roster since 2020, Luke transferred to Rice in 2021 so yes they was teammates. Taylor redshirted last year so this coming season will be his last. I'd love to see Washington get Taylor in a commanders uniform
He wasn’t even a top wr in college what makes ppl think he’s going to be so great? His brother? I don’t see the hype but I pray I’m wrong! No hate at all just being honest
He had as many TDs as the top receivers with worse QB play. Don't forget that Odunze had Penix while Thomas and Nabers had Daniels. He didn't have the yards that those guys had but last I checked, you win on points, not yards.
He’s an intelligent player. Quarterback mindset great hands too. He’s a baller
pedro dont even say out loud luke should throw passes like logan thoas haha that the old days we gonna be profesional now stuff like that leads to 4-13 seasons 🤣
Vernon Davis!
Thanks man.
Similar to Dotsons rookie year. Like 7 or 8 tds 500 to 600 yards
Vernon Davis
Vernon Davis
500 yds, 6 TDs
He has perfect size…. We could use him like the 49ers use deebo…. Jet sweeps… motion into the backfield… short screen passes 😮💨🫱🏾🫲🏿
