Man I remember my mom had this album on cassette tape.. She would play this tape every other day
After living 5 decades (+4 years), listening to this, brings back so many great memories of my teen years… Forever young (at heart) and great full I got to live the best of the 80’s…
He is just the best. I cant say no more. Fun, genius, great voice, creative, just super intelligent..
Maannn, this song is literally a time machine taking me back to the spring of 1988 just before graduating high school!
@Dan Evans Most definitely!
Dave does what Dave wants and he puts everything into what he does.
If you were there you loved it and will always miss it, if you were not, you just can't understand how awesome the 1980s music and scene was.
Nothing beats 80s Diamond Dave for a rush of adrenaline.
I miss the 80s so much!
Who doesn't? I'd go back in a second!
Roth......what an entertainer! Vai..........what a guitarist!
Epic Rock Climbing + Epic Scissor Kick + Epic Heart Guitar = Epic Music Video
God these were great times! Every day was a party!🔥🔥🔥✨
Thank you Absolute Classic Rock for keeping the great classics alive!
great music, playing baseball, hanging out at the pool on summer days, good movies at theaters, riding my bike all over the city, football winters, everybody getting along and very little violence, chasing girls at schools and having a crush or two, staying up late on summer nights, specially to watch Cinemax on Fridays.....indeed the 80s were paradise
you've summed up 95% of 80s kids' youth. You've described it so well I can still feel it!
@@msiroi01 don't you wish that maybe some aliens would come down and leave behind a time machine in your back yard?
Incredible album, I Love his solo music, what a band, dream line up, brilliant Rock! So happy that it happened , Dave has more energy than most kids..hahaha awesomeness!
Steve Vai.. One of the greatest guitarman.. A Master...
Greetings from Chile
Mr. Roth is a unique individual. He continues to blow me "out of the water". Keep "livin' in Paradise. Thanks for all the memories. Thank you all behind the "scenes". ps. No Feuding you two (Edward and David). You both are great. RIP Mr. Edward Van Halen... We miss you.
Got to see him in concert on the tour to support this album. Man what a great show. The 80s truly were the best time to be a teen.
Dave is a genius and True rock-star. What rock performer today creates so many hits, works with the #1 guitarists, climbs mountains and does ballet... A true performer.
And; no one else has that unique "screech" throughout their vocals.
I'm from Manchester UK and a few years ago I had a mate who been living in LA from 1987 to 1996..when I asked him what was it like?!..he looked me square in the eyes and said.. "it was paradise!"
David at his best no question! This band is outstanding!!
One of Dave's best, truly a 80's 💎
No one and i mean no one has stage presence like him. That high round kick is so awesome
What a great song! David Lee Roth, one of the finest Front Men of the 1970's-1980's. Fun to watch and listen to with endless energy.
"Diamond Dave Rocks!"
David Lee Roth thank you for your work ! ! ! !
Even if you are the best and World Champion, you can be it just for a short time. AND DAVID & BAND DID IT!
Seen this tour man in the late 80s n DAVID LEE WAS UNREAL!!!!!
I was born in 74 and gosh hearing this type of music from the past makes me appreciate it even more because of how rare it is today!
Hello Mimi, how are things going with you?
I get the nostalgia feels. Deep, even in my hands. Love it.
Nobody had swagger like that on stage.
Nobody reeled in the chicks like Dave !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

@@AghoraNathyou're a special kind of dumb
'Living in Paradise' a day shy of 2023! Heard this at 9 years old in early 1988 it was a big hit for Roth! Still finding this so much FUN!
I remember when"Eat em' and smile" came out. Didn't expect too much from it but man was I blown away by it! So naturally I had to buy his other solo albums. Eat em' was the best one.
When you're feeling sad,
play this song
and feel awesome instead.
Works for me.
