Myself Gerry McCourt, John Hayden & Karl Donnelly visited John on Sunday the 8th of September 2019 the same day the INFC YOUNG BIRD PENZANCE NATIONAL was on.
I had the Privilege of being aloud to video John being interviewed by Gerry McCourt and in this video you will get to see one of John birds clocking from the INFC National plus some great advice from the Legend himself John Patterson.

I raced in my 20s kept out trouble long time was welcomed by my fellow pigion flyers with open arms git lots tips but best ones were the simple ones clean food water garlic a must , I always have fond memory's of my days of being with the

Brilliant interview love hearing about pigeon racing from all those years ago would listen to he's stories all day the old ways were definitely the best way plain and simple pigeon racing just for the sport of it no crazy amount of money been spent and hundreds of birds just to get 2 or 3 good ones. Like I always say it's easier to care for 6 good pigeons then 60 bad pigeons not that I have 6 good pigeons 😂 but like he said quality over quantity any day of the week and never mind the pedigrees let the basket decide what you keep
