I have one of these and feel like I’m driving a rolls Royce everytime I play it. It plays classically beautifully as well x Yoj sound great on it x
That's actually my dream horn. I've always been a collector of things, so my dream is naturally to have a few different horns, but this one is the first one I'll eventually get when I've saved up enough money.
For tenor, I would love to have an SX90R in plain gold with the silver icon neck (previous Kirk Whalum signature which they've renamed). Until then I'll play the heck out of my Yanagisawa 901 alto, a great horn in its own right.
I do want to support Keilwerth too. They are absolutely unique in the marketplace, perhaps the most unique brand of all.

What mouthpiece best fits this horn?
A quality mouthpiece with a bigger chamber, and of best quality hard rubber, can help you explore more variety of sounds and nuances. Then the rolled tone holes and enlarged bell come to a full effect; you will not experience that subtlety and projection with any other horn that follows typical Yamaha / Selmer etc. design approach. When you play below G, the effect is almost as if the Keilwerth alto is suddenly becoming a tenor. It's literally two saxophones in one. When you experience that, there is no way you will ever buy a saxophone without rolled sound holes.
