It's absurd this still jas not been resolved. How much salary is blown on just the meeting time and research documentation for all these years. I think those on opposition have other fears having little to do with budget.
A $1 million a year ask, is nothing. And won't screw up the City of Mobile budget. The fact 3 Mobile City Council members are grandstanding over this, is ridiculous.
