Ron - as far as I understand you so far have been going in the alphabetical order on Real Book. This is a nice consistent approach and I like it a s a watcher. As to my favourite tunes, well, it's an interesting thing: the scenary is always changing. Yesterday I watched different versions of Angel Eyes on YT and considered it one of my current favourites but then I couldn't get asleep at night because the tune captured my mind; it's too dark and obsessive. So today it's not my favourite any longer, I better leave it. My all time favourites are: Here is a Rainy Day, The Days of Wine abd Roses, In a Sentimental Mood by Duke and many, many more actualy! Anyway - thank you for asking.
I feel the same way sometimes, because we feel differently on different days. But I see that you like ballads a lot. In A Sentimental Mood is one of my favorites, too. My overall favorite might be Ana Maria by Wayne Shorter. Good luck with your playing!

Any idea what version this transcription is based on? The original Woody Herman melody is pretty different from what's written here.
