55 lakh that's quite undervalued...they worth more than 1 crore at least top students do.
55 lakh was domestically otherwise the students who are placed on an international scale do get placed with packages worth a cr
Basically my point is earning 55 lakhs in a country like India as compared to earning 1 cr overseas is way better (keeping in mind the cost of living and national median salary earned)
Its about the living standards why would someone in india pay you 1 crore when its almost the same for US graduates with a higher standard of living.. And considering the ppp 55 lakh for a student just passing out of a college working in India is pretty high to say the least and within 4 to 5 years of their work they will certainly earn in crores..
