Agreed. We do need a Market correction anyway, seeing how extreme the valuations are. Definitely been buying heavy into the paying stocks for months. $BIPC, $NNN, $ARCC, etc..
Yes, I am here for it, though I was hoping the discount would remain in place indefinitely so I could keep buying dividend stocks on the cheap. I hope midstream stocks pull back with AI stocks. I would love to buy even more of those even though I am already heavily overweight that sector.
Newer subscriber here. Dig the content. Thank you, keep it up! Speaking of leverage, what are your broader thoughts on leveraged muni bond CEFs like NVG, NAD, NEA, IIM, IQI, VGM and others? There is not a lot of coverage in general on Seeking Alpha or UA-cam on these. Feel like a more balanced risk/reward, while definitely more risky than high rated, unlevered muni bond funds. But decent fed tax free income.
Especially enjoyed your video Samuel. I appreciate you pointing to the Bible as a source of wisdom. The points you brought out regarding personal debt and taking on leverage through purchasing companies that use leverage, such as BDC’s and REIT’s, were excellent.
You seem like a smart guy, I hope you realize someday that you've fallen for a lie and god isn't real. It took me years to undo the indoctrination I received as a child, but it's never too late

Wow. I'm an Atheist and one of the things I dislike about SOME people of faith - besides the delusional nature of their beliefs - is their intolerance of people who don't share their views. And you are exactly the same. His views are harmless and inoffensive and hurt no one except himself but you're angrily storming out because he dared mention it. You're an intolerant bigot and an embarrassment to Atheists everywhere.
@ I am an Atheist, but at no time have I ever found your references to your faith offensive - much less intrusive. I'm appalled by the naked intolerance and bigotry in this comment. Thanks for your content.
I didn’t. Dang. Now I have to place the channel on my Short List to trim if my account becomes overwhelmed with subscriptions. No place for superstition in business.
@@MartinD9999 Which part of the video contained business principles that were superstitious? It is a genuine question because I do not subscribe to superstition.

Good point about being careful with CEF debt. Thanks
You're welcome!
Hey thanks for all your videos and insights. You keep dropping truths and helping people. Blessings to you and your family!
Thank you!
Leverage = trouble is coming in your way
those cabinets are super nice
Haha thank you
Another interesting video. Thank you Samuel!
Thank you!
If I am not mistaken, I believe Buffet attributed the 3 L’s to his investing partner, the late Charlie Munger 😎. Enjoyed your discourse on leverage.
Glad you liked it!
I think small amount of Margin is a good thing if you have it hedged.
Maybe NVIDIA crashing and bringing the tech down is good for us dividend heavy investors. The rotation really took place today into REITs and others.

$BIPC, $NNN, $ARCC, etc..
Let the rotation begin!! 😎

They are probably among the lowest-risk leveraged funds out there.
@ thanks for taking the time to reply!
Charlie Munger said that. If Warren Buffet later repeated that phrase, he was quoting Charlie.
Buffett definitely said it. It is possible Munger said it too.

Great response to #1 & 2. Appreciate the reference.
Yes, Samuel, that shows your wisdom!

@ that's fine. I'm just surprised that people chose to dwell on those few seconds instead of the over 9 minutes of investing discussion in the video!

Which part did you disagree with? Ladies, liquor, or leverage?
You can deny that God exists but He does! The Bible is the word of God. I hope some day you read it!

Also, the bible covers leverage. The borrower is slave to the lender. All bases covered.
True, though we go into more depth on it in this video.
